Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Noble Aminos does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been submitted.

Because research compounds cannot be re-certified, re-stocked, or safely redistributed once they leave our facility, we are unable to accept returned merchandise under normal circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Ordering the wrong quantity
  • Research outcomes or dissatisfaction
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Failure to read product descriptions or disclaimers
  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
  • Buyer misunderstanding of product use classifications

2. Research Use Only Disclaimer

All products sold by Noble Aminos are sold strictly for:

  • Laboratory research use only
  • In-vitro research purposes only
  • Analytical and scientific research purposes only

Products are:

  • NOT for human consumption
  • NOT for animal or veterinary use
  • NOT drugs, foods, supplements, or cosmetics
  • NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

By purchasing from Noble Aminos, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or institution purchasing materials solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.

3. Limited Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, Noble Aminos may, at its sole discretion, review claims involving:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items
  • Products visibly damaged during transit

To qualify for review, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, product labels, and any visible damage

Email all supporting evidence to the support email listed on the website.

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

If a claim is verified, Noble Aminos may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement shipment, provide store credit, or offer another resolution deemed appropriate. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed.

4. No Returns of Opened or Tampered Products

For safety, contamination prevention, and product-integrity reasons, Noble Aminos will never accept returns of any product that has been opened, reconstituted, punctured, unsealed, tampered with, improperly stored, or mishandled after delivery.

Any product showing signs of tampering or misuse automatically voids eligibility for any replacement consideration.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for transit and delivery.

Noble Aminos is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays or seizures, lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, delivery issues caused by carrier error, weather-related disruptions, or international import restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before submitting payment.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once payment has been processed.

If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, Noble Aminos may attempt to accommodate cancellation requests solely as a courtesy and at its sole discretion. No cancellation is guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes.

Noble Aminos reserves the right to contest any chargeback using order confirmations, tracking records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, IP logs, fraud-prevention data, and acceptance of website policies.

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account bans, refusal of future service, reporting to fraud-prevention databases, or collection actions where permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Noble Aminos, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of products, improper handling or storage, research outcomes, shipping delays, delivery failures, third-party carrier issues, or regulatory actions.

All products are used entirely at the purchaser’s own risk and responsibility.

9. Policy Modifications

Noble Aminos reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
