This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Noble Aminos ships products purchased via nobleaminos.com.
1. Shipping Coverage
Noble Aminos ships both within the United States and internationally. Available destinations, shipping methods, and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- FedEx Ground: 3–5 business days after shipment (domestic).
- FedEx Two-Day: 1–2 business days after shipment (domestic).
- International: transit times vary by destination and carrier; estimates are shown at checkout and may be affected by customs processing.
- Free Shipping: available on qualifying orders; ships via FedEx Ground.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. Noble Aminos is not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Free Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.
5. Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@nobleaminos.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, reship or refund the order.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Noble Aminos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur additional fees.
8. Research Use Only
All products sold by Noble Aminos are for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you confirm that all products will be used solely by qualified research personnel for research purposes.
