These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made from Noble Aminos. By placing an order you accept them in full, together with our Research Use Only Agreement, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

01. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Noble Aminos. By ordering you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or an authorized laboratory, and that you are purchasing solely for lawful in-vitro research.

02. Products and descriptions

All products are supplied as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research only. They are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and specifications accurate, but do not warrant that they are error-free.

03. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Noble Aminos may accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including where an item is unavailable, where pricing or product information was published in error, or where an order appears to breach these terms or applicable law.

04. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Promotional pricing, bundles, and free-item offers apply only while advertised and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

05. Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer once an order is handed to the carrier.

06. Returns and cancellations

All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and the limited exceptions for damaged or incorrect items are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

07. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information, for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all materials, and for complying with every law and regulation that applies to your purchase and use, including import and export controls.

08. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks. Noble Aminos may contest disputes using order records, tracking and delivery confirmation, communications, and fraud-prevention data, and may refuse future service where abuse is identified.

09. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Aminos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, use, or misuse of any product. All products are used entirely at the purchaser’s own risk.

10. Changes to these terms

Noble Aminos may update these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
